Data Quality Analyst

Job Description

Key Skills: QA, Quality Control, Process Quality, Communications, Internal Communication Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct audits of operational teams to ensure process adherence and data accuracy. Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives based on audit findings and performance trends. Support system enhancements by identifying recurring issues and coordinating with relevant departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for associates for all process-related queries. Conduct internal and external quality calibrations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit records. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement through analytical evaluation. Publish performance dashboards on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Lead and support quality initiatives by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures. Develop new quality monitoring models and implement changes to improve delivery and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and IT to address root causes of quality issues. Skills Required: 1-3 years of experience in quality auditing or quality assurance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Basic statistical knowledge (averages, trends, outliers, charting). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train and influence team members to drive quality outcomes. Analytical mindset with the ability to deep dive into data to identify issues. Capable of working independently and thinking creatively ("out of the box"). Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: background in Business, Statistics, IT, or related field). Show more Show less
