Interview Location: DLF, Chennai Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior QA role. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with in ETL Testing/Data Testing is mandatory Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify even the smallest defects or issues in complex systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ETL Testing/Data Testing. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in performance testing and security testing is a plus.
