Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Data Researcher to support our outbound sales and marketing efforts by identifying and researching potential B2B prospects. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in lead research, data enrichment, and sales intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms to gather and validate prospect data. Preferred candidate profile Conduct structured research to identify key B2B & B2C prospects and decision-makers. Use sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo for lead identification. Clean, validate, and enrich prospect lists for accurate outreach data. Segment and categorize data based on industry, company size, and engagement levels. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to refine outbound strategies. Assist in competitor analysis and market research to enhance prospecting efforts. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in data research, sales intelligence, or lead generation. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills for managing large datasets. Understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting. Attention to detail with strong analytical & organizational skills. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
