Senior Data Scientist (7+ Years Experience) Location: Gurugram, sector 67 Experience: 7+ years Immediate Joiners or notice period up to 15 days are preferred. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven strategies and insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and big data technologies . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions. Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for real-time analytics. Perform predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business leaders to translate complex data into business strategies. Improve and fine-tune existing models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance. Ensure data integrity and quality through data cleansing, feature engineering, and anomaly detection. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and big data technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Programming: Python, R, SQL Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Big Data Technologies: Spark, Hadoop, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Statistical Techniques: Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Time Series Analysis Experience with AI & Deep Learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs) is a plus Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with MLOps and Model Deployment Knowledge of Graph Analytics & Reinforcement Learning Exposure to DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for ML models Understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Why Join Us?
