Job Title: Lead Data Scientist Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. Key member of advance analytics to create & assist in development of insights products for our corporate clients and In-house Product. Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies. Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel optimization Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering Azure, AWS SQL, MongoDB Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks Experience with NLP techniques and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
