Job Description Data Science - On-Site in India We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at Viraaj HR Solutions. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive data-driven decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights that aid strategic decision-making. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics.Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.Employ statistical methods to enhance data quality and integrity.Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable information.Test and validate models against historical data.Benchmark models and share best practices for continuous improvement.Conduct experiments to ascertain the effectiveness of various strategies.Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.Support data governance and compliance initiatives.Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and analytics.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Mentor junior analysts and data team members.Present findings to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.Experience with SQL and database management.Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
