Data Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in modern, cloud platform areas like data engineering, data management, data governance, AI, Data Science, ML, automation and Gen AI. Hyperscaler Experience : Demonstrated real-world data experience and knowledge on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) with an engineering or architecture-related certification. 3+ years theoretical or hands-on experience in data-related areas such as data engineering, data management, data governance, AI, Data Science, ML, automation or Gen AI. Data-related certification on either AWS, Azure or GCP. Solid SQL skills. Experience with a programming language, preferably Python, Scala, Java, R. Exposure to full stack application development. Good communication skills with the ability to converse with technical and non-technical users. Strong, self-management skills demonstrating ability to multitask and self-manage goals and activities.
