Serve as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles. Guide teams in synthesizing findings for clients and executives. Establish and manage relationships with internal clients. Recruit, develop, and retain talent through open communication. Set standards of excellence for the team. Maintain a rigorous controls environment for accurate results. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 10+ years of industry experience in data science or business analytics. Experience leading project teams and mentoring talent. Knowledge of statistical, data science, and machine learning methodologies. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information. Familiarity with various analytical project types. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and big data technologies. Master s degree in a relevant quantitative field. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Advanced degree in a relevant quantitative field. Direct people management experience. Financial services experience.
