Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models to solve business problems, focusing on deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize existing AI models to enhance performance and scalability, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality results. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into the business infrastructure and ensure smooth deployment. Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning , and apply them to improve the companys data-driven decision-making capabilities. Take ownership of complex, high-impact data science projects as an Individual Contributor (IC) , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with a deep focus on AI , machine learning , and advanced analytics . Expertise in Python , R , and AI frameworks like TensorFlow , Py Torch , Keras , and Scikit-learn . Extensive experience in NLP , Deep Learning , and Computer Vision . Proven ability to handle large-scale data, including data wrangling, feature engineering, and predictive modeling. Experience deploying AI models to production environments , and optimizing them for performance and scalability. Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and version control systems like Git . Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills , with a passion for delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.
