About the Role: The Team: The Public Ownership team is a team tasked with unlocking data & delivering content to our analysts and customers. The team acts as the main point of engagement with our customers on projects, including analytical partners, to discover and drive new and enhanced content creation through definitions, lineage, mapping, readiness, and inventory. The team ensures availability of content and its end-to-end completeness and quality for both internal and external use, according to our governance standards, enabling customers to make fast, informed decisions. The Impact: We are seeking a detail-oriented SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SQL for data management, advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation, as well as exceptional skills in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into clear, engaging presentations that drive business decisions. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and databases to extract and analyze data relevant to business needs. Utilize advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for presentations. Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data insights and business strategies. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data representation across presentations. Provide training and support to team members on SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management, analysis, and presentation design. Understand and be able to make sense of data used for analytical purposes in deriving a rating or an evaluation. Working with business stakeholders, data visualization and reporting specialists to determine analytics data consumption mechanisms. Interact with internal and external clients as necessary. Approach platform in a client-centric manner with suggestions that could lead to enhancements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in SQL database management and data analysis. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features like animations, transitions, and design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 3+ Years of the experience with mentioned roles Strong influential, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Familiarity with Python, Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
