Amazon cloud database technologies Strong grasp of SQL and query languages Experience with Linux Operating Systems Preferred Experience with 2 or more of the following: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on preventative solutions. MySQL, DB2 PostgreSQL, MongoDB Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed and operate with urgency, focus, and discipline. Positive attitude and team driven. Proven expertise managing complex data systems. Experience with supporting highly transaction OLTP databases. Ex perience with some of the following technologies and concepts is not required but would be a plus : MS SQL Server,Microsoft Operating systems, AWS CLI, AWS Backup, OLTP, DSS, OLAP, Data Archiving, Linux Shell scripting, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Automation. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years experience performing database administration functions in AWS.
