Role & responsibilities Duties and responsibilities The individual needs to do detailed research for all assigned Issuing Authorities within thedesired turnaround time. Needs to initiate calls and mails to the Issuing Authority/governing bodies to confirm theverification related information and ensure a rigorous follow up on the same. Needs to take a decision for final status on the basis of detailed searches, mail and call. Needs to handle assigned Process Improvement projects and complete them within a definedtimeframe. Needs to maintain a secured and robust data in a desired excel format.Qualifications and Work Experience Basic Excel Knowledge. Fast learner and must have a logical bent of mind. Must be a computer Savvy person with good internet knowledge and research skills. Excellent written and verbal Telugu ,Malayalam, Tamil Communication Skills.
