Job Title: Voice Process Executive (with Upsell Process) Job Location: [Noida] Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 26,800 In-Hand (3,89,000 CTC) | MIV - 1,250 (30% Hike on last drawn salary) Job Description: We are hiring dynamic and passionate individuals for the Voice Process Executive role specializing in Upsell Process . Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner. Effectively upsell products/services while maintaining customer satisfaction. Achieve individual targets as well as team goals. Document customer interactions accurately. Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferably in Voice Process). Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in [add language(s)]. Graduation is mandatory. Typing speed of 35 words per minute with accuracy (35/80). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A customer-centric approach and a good understanding of customer service practices. Salary and Benefits: Salary up to 26,800 in hand per month. Annual CTC of 3,89,000. MIV of 1,250. 30% salary hike on the last drawn in-hand salary. Cab Allowance of 4,000 (as no cab service is provided). Work Schedule: 5 days working with a 10-hour shift. 2 rotational week-offs. Additional Information: Typing test required: 35/80 wpm. Graduation is mandatory.
