Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and onboard new dealership partners within the assigned region. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing grievances and ensuring smooth business operations. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for new dealership tie-ups. Build, mentor, and train a high-performing sales and operations team. Drive regional sales, meet revenue targets, and develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to optimize business performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, streamline dealership processes, and support after-sales services. Key Requirements: 7+ years in dealership operations, preferably in the heavy machinery sector . Strong convincing skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and ability to handle dealer grievances effectively. Proven ability to build and manage teams, with experience handling region-wise business operations. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with dealership agreements, market expansion strategies, and regional business development. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in heavy machinery dealerships, construction equipment, or automotive industries will be a plus.
