Position Overview The Dean Computer Sciences will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in curriculum development, research, and faculty mentoring. The role requires a dynamic leader with international exposure, deep research expertise, and a strong academic vision. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement world-class curriculum and research programs in cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and IoT. Foster interdisciplinary research collaborations with national and international institutions. Establish strong industry partnerships to enhance research, internships, and placements. Drive faculty development initiatives, ensuring continuous upskilling and research excellence. Lead the accreditation, rankings, and global academic reputation-building efforts. [Develop state-of-the-art research centers and innovation hubs within the institution. Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven learning, EdTech innovations, and next-gen teaching methodologies. Candidate Profile Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field from a globally reputed university. 15+ years of experience in academia, with a proven track record of research leadership, funded projects, and scholarly publications. Exceptional leadership experience in top-ranked universities or institutions of national importance. Strong experience in curriculum development, policy planning, and faculty mentoring. Proven ability to secure research grants, establish industry-academic tie-ups, and drive global collaborations. Expertise in AI, ML, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Quantum Computing, and Digital Transformation Technologies. Preferred Qualifications Patents, international research grants, and a strong Scopus-indexed publication record. Experience in government-funded research projects (DST, UGC, AICTE, etc.).
