Description The Dean of Engineering and Technology will provide visionary leadership to enhance the academic experience and research initiatives of the college. This position requires a dynamic individual who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the highest standards of educational excellence. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the engineering and technology departments. Develop and implement academic programs and curricula that meet industry standards. Foster relationships with industry partners for research and collaboration opportunities. Ensure compliance with academic regulations and accreditation standards. Mentor faculty and staff to promote professional development and academic excellence. Oversee budget management for the engineering and technology departments. Promote research initiatives and support grant applications. Skills and Qualifications PhD in Engineering & Technology. 15-20 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in engineering or technology disciplines. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of academic program development and innovation. Experience with accreditation processes and standards. Ability to engage with industry and build partnerships.
