We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as Dean , with a strong background in university-level leadership and administration. Position Summary: The Dean will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer, providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and academic innovation. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working within university environments , with a deep understanding of the opportunities and complexities in higher education today. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership in academic programming, faculty development, and student success. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, personnel management, and policy compliance. Ensure alignment with university goals, accreditation standards, and regulatory guidelines. Foster an inclusive academic culture that prioritizes equity, diversity, and belonging. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and academic partners. Champion faculty scholarship, teaching excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required Qualifications: A terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience within university settings , including roles such as department chair, associate dean, or dean. Proven success in academic planning, curriculum development, and shared governance. In-depth understanding of the mission and operations of higher education institutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and building academic-industry partnerships. Familiarity with regional and program-specific accreditation standards. Experience leading change in dynamic university environments. Must be Experienced with rules and regulation of AICTE(All India council for Technical education)- UGC(University Grant Commission).
