Assisting in Secretarial Functions: Assisting in daily secretarial & listed compliances, legal research, maintaining secretarial records, and filing documents and other secretarial functions.2. Assisting in Conducting Meetings: Assisting in Board and Committee and General meetings by preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and ensuring all filings are completed.3. Maintaining Statutory Books: Assisting in keeping up-to-date records, such as registers of members and directors.4. Document Drafting: Write resolutions, agreements, notices, and other necessary documents for company secretarial tasks.5. Filing Forms: File annual returns, e-forms, and other required documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).6. Compliance Support: Monitor compliance with regulations and other FEMA-related documents and preparation of note of new amendments of Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.7. Secretarial Work Support: Help with tasks like issuing and transferring shares and creating charges.8. Ad Hoc Project Support: Assist with special projects and cover for team members as needed.9. Training: Participate in training sessions and activities for professional growth.Required Knowledge: Familiarity with Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, ROC filing processes, and the Companies Act of 2013 is beneficial.
