We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Software Developer with a proven track record of designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in software architecture, a strategic problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive innovation while mentoring Junior Software Developers. The Senior Software Developer will take ownership of critical development initiatives, oversee architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Essential Functions/Priorities: Should be sounds in the OOPS Concepts; both the theoretically and the practically. Collaborate with product management, fellow developers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications. Arrange project requirements in a programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic. Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures. Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of softwares business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. Develop and maintain applications by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems. Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and perform general debugging. Apply advanced object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to build modular and reusable components. Provide guidance to junior members of the team, conducting code reviews and enforcing high coding standards. Collaborate closely with product management, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Define and document software architecture, technical requirements, and best practices to ensure scalability and security. Implement and advocate for DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency. Ensure rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain the highest software quality and reliability. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or math. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on workflow technology and process automation. Excellent understanding of workflow technology and process automation methods, and best practices. Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile development practices, and DevOps principles. Programming experience must include fluency in procedural, object-oriented, and functional programming concepts and experience in at least two of the following: JavaScript, React, HTML5, Asp.Net MVC, C#, CSS, .Net, Docker. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and deployment strategies, including containerization and microservices architectures.
