Deck office / Control room (IoT) To lead the activities related to IoT data analysis, reports, proactive communication with customers service teams to identify issues / resolution.Helping sales / service team for installation / commissioning. To support IOT development activities like enhancements, new developments related to AI / data analysis along with IoT vendors IT teams. Key Responsibilities Monitoring of installed devices, subscriptions Analyzing trends of parameters of pumps in field. Web portal creation for new customers, configuration settings Weekly reports to all the customers with Recommendations Remarks Pre order post order support for IoT devices (selection of sensors, customer queries) Proactive communication with service team / customers in case of issues. Working closely with IoT vendors IT team for IoT platform enhancements new developments Weekly reviews with service team for complaints Closely working with engineering during pre/ post order support for selection of sensors / drawings etc. Presentations to customers for product promotion Technology / Managerial Skills Requirement Sound knowledge of pump application engineering and trouble shooting. Analytical skills, Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data analysis tools. Familiarity with SAP system. Communication and coordination with internal and external customers. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Job Location: Pune Education: BE (Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation) BE (Mech.) Experience: 9 to 15 years
