As a Client Experience Associate, you ll be the bridge between the homeowner and our design team helping them explore ideas, suggest the right materials, and align their requirements with smart, beautiful, and budget-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: Speak to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, virtual or experience center visits, and site consultations Understand their lifestyle needs, preferences, and budget, and suggest the right interior solutions Guide them with basic design suggestions and material options that suit their vision Prepare and share estimates with clarity and transparency Coordinate with design and technical teams to align expectations and progress Build long-term relationships by keeping communication clear, consistent, and value-driven Ensure clients feel heard, respected, and excited throughout their home journey What You ll Need: Strong communication and listening skills (English and local language preferred) Eagerness to learn about design, materials, modular interiors, and layout planning High energy, a passion to grow, and the ability to guide decisions with empathy Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic documentation A calm, patient, and client-first mindset able to understand their worries and help resolve them
