Key Responsibilities:Receive, log, and track chemical raw material samples from suppliers.Manages sample requests from the client and do follow up with the client, pack the sample and send it to client.should have experience of drafting mails.

• Answer and direct phone calls• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office• Answer visitor concerns and requests• Maintain a welcoming environment• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable Maintain records

Acting as the point of contact when required.Managing executives calendars and setting up meetings.Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.Traveling required

2 to 3 year with good communication and excel knowledge preferably from IT back ground Tele calling, Excel, Email, Reports transactions. Should be able to take care of inside sales, quotes, stocks, reports, backend activities3 yrs commitment clause.
