Post on: 2024-12-11 06:28:13 Job Description Position Overview Areas of Responsibility : Define specific, permanent areas that requires the role holder to be responsible for taking decisions, delivering results or carrying out a significant amount of activity Position Overview: Person shall be responsible for meeting all the walk-in customers and related MIS. Key Responsibilities Meeting existing/new customers, understand their issues, offer them comfortable sitting place. Arrangement of their Tea/Coffee/Snacks etc Understanding and noting down their concerns/queries and discuss the same with concerned departmental RM s or if required with departmental head Maintain related database/ MIS for regular follow-up till closer of their issues. Data maintenance on CRM related soft wares/ ERP / Reports etc. Desired Skillset Job Requirements: State threshold proficiency/education, qualifications, training and experience necessary to enable and perform the job fully and effectively.
