We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Head Office in Patna. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all pre-delivery inspections and documentation are complete. Liaise with the sales, service, and logistics teams to streamline the delivery process. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer acknowledgments. Provide excellent customer service during vehicle handovers. Handle basic queries related to delivery status and documentation. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles before delivery. Manage delivery schedules and update records as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and processes is an advantage. Ability to multitask and coordinate between different teams. A customer-centric attitude and professional demeanor. Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, email communication).
