Understand and navigate through various routes and areas within Hyderabad to optimize delivery times. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of goods during transit. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors. Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the delivery process to the supervisor promptly. Perform regular maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery. Required Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in delivery operations or similar roles. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Extensive knowledge of local roads, delivery routes, and traffic patterns in Hyderabad. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliveries and time-sensitive tasks. Possesses a valid local driving license and a clean driving record. Familiarity with GPS devices or map applications for route optimization. Customer service oriented with a polite and professional demeanor. Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting goods. Problem-solving skills to address any issues arising during the delivery process.
