Spearhead development projects right from inception to Go-Live using Agile development methodology Create project roadmap, layout phased delivery approach, manage inter team dependencies while executing the project using methodology Perform resource coordination, setup best structured project team to ensure optimal performance Identify project risks and dependencies and track them to closure Ensure best software development practices are used in the project delivery Perform project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders Responsible for keeping a track of project PnL Work with organizations growth team to identify new opportunities Support organization on RFI and RFPs Ownership of high ESAT and CSAT Responsible for career progression, upskilling, mentoring of technical consultants Openness to travel both within India and Abroad for project needs Desired qualification: Experience of technical development during the start of career, preferably in Java, Front End, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineer/Data Science etc. Good understanding of project architecture and software development methodology CSM / CSPO / PMP certification CANDIDATES BASED OUT OF GURUGRAM OR WILLING TO RELOCATE WILL BE PREFERRED.
