Job Description

Designation: Delivery Manager PURPOSEThe role of an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Delivery Manager is to oversee and ensure the successful execution and implementation of EHS related projects within an organization. This function is crucial in ensuring that HSE Management Projects are appropriately managed and supported in order to contribute to the broader organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:Delivery Management: Engage with customers at a business level to help define their roadmaps for digital transformation using our solutions and act as their strategic advisor. Collaboration with teams on planning and execution of projects, ensuring they remain on target to meet deadlines. Ensuring teams have appropriate specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively. Identify potential project delivery risks and challenges and develop mitigation methods. Ensure that projects are completed within the specified budget and seek approval for any necessary budget revisions. Maintain a focus on providing high-quality products or services by putting in place quality assurance mechanisms and conducting regular evaluations and audits. Upholding end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction which includes ensuring that the products or services provided meet or surpass customers' expectations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with the individual product or service line's goals. Work with Resource Planners to ensure the appropriate mix and number of resources are available to support project execution. Manage project expectations by holding regular client meetings, providing project status reports, and interacting with customers effectively. Create and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) configurations based on customer requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), problem fixes, and issue resolution with the Implementation Team and the client. Direct team resources to project implementation and ongoing support. Effectively handle and rank incoming support cases or tickets through email, phone, or a ticketing system. Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to grasp their concerns and offer timely updates on case progress. Support Management: Work closely with technical support teams and subject matter experts to efficiently address customer problems. Guarantee that all cases are resolved in alignment with both company standards and customer satisfaction targets. Propose enhancements to support procedures and tools by drawing insights from customer feedback and case evaluations. Travel time estimated 40% throughout the mentioned region. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR90% of project deadlines are achieved.80% of cost criteria are adhered to. Provide Training and Guidance for least 1 team member to ensure succession under your supervision. Achieve 75% of Customer satisfaction. 95% of the support cases to be closed within SLA. The target of 5 million AED needs to be achieved. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree is required. 5+ years of experience in managing Software driven HSE management projects. PMP Certification is preferred. Supervising HSE management projects at a considerable scale. Proficiency in Office tools such as word, PowerPoint, excel and Project. Knowledge of AWS/Azure environment is advantageous. Create and maintain Business Requirement Document. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing new service processes. Hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skill in prioritizing workloads and meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
