Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring the recruitment team delivers top talent aligned with those needs. This role combines recruitment expertise with client relationship management, requiring strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, including role specifications, qualifications, and hiring timelines. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement tailored talent acquisition strategies for each client based on their hiring needs. Understand industry-specific recruitment trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to advise clients on the best hiring strategies. Provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimizing their recruitment processes and improving candidate quality. Job Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client accounts, from job order receipt to candidate placement. Ensure that job orders are accurately entered, tracked, and prioritized within the recruitment system. Monitor the progress of active roles and communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers. Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates. Ensure candidates meet client expectations and qualifications by overseeing the screening, interviewing, and selection process. Manage candidate offers and negotiations to ensure alignment with client expectations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Client Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, including time-to-fill, candidate feedback, and any challenges. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and market insights to support client decisions. Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Work with clients to negotiate rates, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for talent acquisition services. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Ensure the recruitment team delivers high-quality candidates who meet both the technical and cultural needs of the client. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the recruitment lifecycle to increase efficiency and candidate quality. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could improve the talent acquisition process. Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships, including offering additional services such as talent mapping, workforce planning, or contract staffing. Assist with the growth of the business by supporting marketing and sales efforts to secure new clients and build brand reputation. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Manager, or Recruitment Manager, ideally in a Talent Acquisition or Staffing environment. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client challenges in a proactive manner. Experience in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or other recruitment tools. Knowledge of relevant labor laws, recruitment compliance, and best practices in talent acquisition. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). Desirable Skills: Experience in recruitment for specific industries or roles, such as IT, engineering, healthcare, etc. Background in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry.
