Job Description

Skills & Qualification: Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA with 9-12 years of experience in BSS Telecom sector. Technical Expertise: - Strong background in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery Management. - Should have hands-on technical expertise in one or more areas such as: ▪ Java Spring Boot Framework with Frontend Development using React.js ▪ Integrations and Interfaces using WSO2 or other relevant technologies ▪ CI/CD Pipelines experience using tools like Ansible or other advanced CI/CD solutions ▪ Deployment and End-to-End System ▪ Telecom Domain Experience (mandatory due to the majority of clients being in the telecom sector) - Required knowledge of Delivery Practices and Methodologies including: ▪ Agile Methodology ▪ Kanban ▪ SaFe ▪ Hybrid Models ▪ Other relevant delivery methodologies - Experience in handling cross-functional teams. - Delivered projects using Agile development methodology. - Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance. - Digital Experience in execution of large-scale digital engagements. - Experience in Telco BSS Domain is mandatory.
