Position Title - Delivery Manager - LowCode Location - Faridabad, Noida, Remote Technology/Function - Delivery Experience - 10+ Years Shift Timing - 10 AM to 7 PM We are looking to hire L2 who can manage Delivery and CoE for Low-Code and Business Process Automation with skills of Account Growth. Expected Skills • Strategy, implementation, and maintenance of delivery initiatives in line with business goals. • Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress • Overseeing multiple project teams to maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance. • Scope in close collaboration with project sponsors, cross-departmental teams, and assigned project managers to maximize productivity Plan and develop results, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing of new initiatives. • Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. • Efficiently does profit and loss management. Producing accurate and timely reporting of delivery status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing delivery risks Efficient escalation management Working on strategy with the marketing team Works with Presales team Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates team building events. Good to have Diverse experience across more than one service offering such as application development and maintenance, application/ product support, systems integration, product engineering, package implementation, project management consulting, etc. Certifications: CSM, PMP, Prince2 etc. Must Skills Sufficient knowledge of the procurement process, including negotiations with third parties. Sufficient knowledge of programs and project management methods. Budgeting and resource allocation process Sufficient knowledge about, Sufficient priorities and reliability Ability to advise project teams on projects related to Program and find ways to solve or prevent problems.
