Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for IT staffing engagements across multiple clients. Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to understand client requirements and SLAs. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and delivery leads. Prioritize open positions, allocate resources, and ensure timely and quality submissions. Maintain consistent communication with clients for updates, feedback, and escalations. Analyze delivery metrics and implement strategies for improving performance. Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Support the onboarding process and post-placement follow-up.
