Job Description

The Delivery Manager, Middle East & Africa will be based in Hyderabad . In this position, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain - APAC & MEIA. The Delivery Manager (DM) acts as the "Face of the Supply Chain" for the projects getting executed in the Region, ensuring that Nextracker projects are well planned, executed & delivered on time with being under budgets. The DM engages with Sales , Sourcing & NPI team during the Pre-Contract stage and ensures that the project is manufacturable and in compliance to all contract terms w.r.t Deliveries Watch Culture is our Passion to learn more about us. Here is a glimpse of what you will do: Participating in Sales Hand-Off meetings to represent Supply Chain & offer Lead Time commitment to Sales considering multiple factors not limited to Domestic Content, Delivery Rates, Lead Times, Supply Capacities, Sourcing Strategy, Cost Structure / Margins, NPI Parts etc. Understanding delivery related provisions in Sales Contracts & ensuring they are respected Work closely with Project Management team to provide daily/weekly updates on material readiness/shipments for On-going projects. Troubleshoot any delivery concerns by working with Planning, Logistics and Project Managers. Conduct Supply Chain Kick-off meetings to align Supply Chain s internal cross functional team on Project delivery requirements. Ensuring Project Demand s Backorders are fulfilled completely & there is no Ageing beyond certain timelines. Monitor Project costs (material + logistics) variance vs Budgets Ensuring that the delivery plan for each project conforms to the contractual agreement. Provide early alerts for supply gaps & recommend solutions to de-risk project s LD schedule. Accountable for Region s On-time delivery (OTD) Metric. Point person to coordinate with engineering, sourcing, NPI and logistics for project success. Building operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement process management. Build operational excellence through deployment of relevant IT/Business /Communication / Project Management tools. Ensure data integrity of supply chain planning data, and management of the data flow. Here is some of what you will need (required): Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, Master s preferred. 10+ years experience in Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply chain, or Manufacturing. Experience in Construction Projects (preferred) Solar, Semiconductor, or Steel manufacturing industry experience (preferred) Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail. Advanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access required. Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets. Ability to build, negotiate and sustain networking relationships. Ability to work in fast pace and global start-up environment.
