Job Title: IT Services Delivery Lead Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: The IT Services Delivery Coordinator to the Delivery Head supports the Delivery Head in managing and overseeing the delivery of IT services. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing service delivery processes, and ensuring that IT projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to Delivery Head: Assist the Delivery Head in daily operations and strategic planning. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings. Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings. 2. Service Delivery Management: Monitor and track the progress of IT service delivery projects. Ensure that service delivery aligns with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery framework Identify and escalate any issues or risks to the Delivery Head. 3. Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the Delivery Head and various client and project delivery teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Track the maintenance of service delivery documentation, including service catalogs and knowledge base articles. 4. Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing service improvement plans. Participate in service delivery reviews and performance assessments. Support the continuous improvement of IT service delivery processes and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT service delivery principles and practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in IT service management tools and software. Skills: Project coordination and management.
