Job Description: We are looking for an experienced delivery manager who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of machine vision solutions and projects, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction throughout the development and deployment life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a proven track record of delivering and supporting projects on time and within budget. Perform end-to-end management of customized machine vision solutions/projects with time- and effort-based or deliverable-based models by delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met, enhancing customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have at least 3-8 years of extensive industrial automation experience in the design and delivery of either special purpose machinery or other related industrial automation projects. Someone passionate about design and completing the execution of new and innovative industrial automation applications would be an ideal fit. A technical degree (B.E./M.E./M.Tech. in Engineering / Physics) Strong communication, aptitude/basic mathematics Deep Mechatronics Experience in both the Design and Implementation Levels. Analytical skills to understand line conditions (Continuous/Automated production lines) Willingness to relocate to Bangalore candidates preferred Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare project revenue projections, a cash flow chart, and analyze project profitability to track changes during the project lifecycle. Plan, prepare, and provide support for already deployed solutions. Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Implement and enforce secure development practices throughout the project life cycle. Collaborate with the development teams to integrate software best practices. Conduct assessments and audits to ensure quality compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, concise meeting minutes. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Establish a knowledge management plan and platform that can be leveraged by the team for the project. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
