Job Description

Within Infrastructure Management Team, the candidate is acting as single point of contacts for all business requirements linked to the Cloud. He/she is responsible for understanding current and future customer demand for services. He is preparing the CAB (change advisory board) The candidate must have significant experience in Cloud / SAAS / PAAS / Infrastructure / system integration/migration. He/she will : - Handle all private and public cloud demands by receiving, refining, qualifying, categorizing and affecting the opportunities to the most competent team, or handling them effectively. - Set a repository of all requests from all Sodexo entities - Work closely with the Global Process and Quality Lead in order to improve the demand manager process - Review the changes to be presented to CAB, contact the stakeholder for additional information if needed, send a summary to CAB audience prior to CAB, assist the Global Process and Quality Lead during CAB, answer the questions regarding the IM change management process. - Perform reporting on both activities Experience working in a Datacenter infrastructure environment Experience in delivering projects using Dev Ops / Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies Operational mindset, experienced in infrastructure operations, handling well stress Gather service requirements and elaborate business cases. Communicate with external and internal stakeholder Prepare and report demand status reviews with internal stakeholders Escalate risks and issues as appropriate Fulfill the demands that don t require the intervention of other teams Enforce demand management processes and best practices Overall 5/7 years experience in IT Proven expertise in Active Directory at large scale with multi-country environment Experience of international environments and matrix organizations Excellent reporting and presentation skills Can-do attitude and service-oriented (client focus) Positive mindset, structured thinking and focused on finding solutions Cultivates innovation: Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Rigorous, organized, transparent and team player Good communication skills and ability to adapt communication based on the audience (C-level, business, technical team) Fluent in English, French is a plus Skills: Change Management Project Management Office MS Cloud .
