We Are Hiring: Demand Manager (Noida , Indore & Ahmedabad ) Salary: Upto 7.5 LPA (including a 20% variable component) Additional Benefits: Up to 3,500/month in travel allowances 600/month for mobile and internet bills Location: Noida, Indore & Ahmedabad Experience: 2-7 years Role Type: Field Role (Daily travel required), Mon-Sat Job Overview: As part of the OYO team, you will be responsible for driving offline sales and expanding our client base. This involves cold calling, meeting potential clients and corporate organizations, and promoting OYO's portfolio of offerings. You will play a key role in identifying and onboarding channel partners, tailoring product pitches, and managing the entire sales cycle to ensure continuous revenue growth and client retention. Key Responsibilities: Drive off-line sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients, including corporate organizations, through cold calling and meetings to promote OYOs offerings. Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of channel partners to create demand for OYOs products and services. Understand clients' needs and pitch tailored solutions from OYOs portfolio to close sales. Manage the complete sales process: from onboarding clients and closing deals to ensuring long-term relationships for repeat business in your assigned region or market. Track monthly sales progress and maintain accurate records of accounts and client interactions. Oversee the collection of receivables and outstanding payments from clients. Conduct periodic market research to uncover new demand opportunities, analyze competitors, and identify prospects through data mining.
