Job Title: Demand Manager Company: OYO Location: Multiple Locations (Field Role) Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Involves Daily Travel) About OYO: OYO is a global platform that empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses in the hospitality sector. With over 157,000 hotel and home storefronts in more than 35 countries, OYO provides technology-driven solutions to enhance revenue, streamline operations, and offer affordable, trusted accommodations to customers. Key Responsibilities: Drive offline sales through cold calling and meetings with potential clients. Onboard and develop a strong network of channel partners to generate demand. Understand client requirements and tailor OYO's offerings accordingly. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from client onboarding to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales. Maintain monthly sales trackers and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and explore new demand channels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve month-on-month occupancy targets. Maintain strong client relationships and account engagement. Meet revenue generation targets from active accounts. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset and ability to manage internal stakeholders.
