The Job: As a Demand Planner, you ll be part of our India supply chain team working as a hybrid employee. You ll get to: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to develop accurate demand forecasts. Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives. Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance. Conduct root cause analysis for demand forecast errors and implement corrective actions. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. Maintain and update demand planning systems and tools ensuring data accuracy & integrity with planning system Engage with key customers and suppliers to understand demand drivers and supply constraints.
