Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Oversee floor management and supervise sales team members to achieve targets. Ensure efficient store operations by implementing effective processes and procedures. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in retail operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred). Proven track record of success in managing multiple stores or large teams. Strong understanding of retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
