Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with business objectives and budgetary targets. Revenue Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms and maintain NDS (Non-Due Sales) in line with budget expectations. Business Development: Drive new product adoption and enhance Share of Business (SOB) with existing customers. Market & Competitor Analysis: Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Relationship Management: Build and strengthen influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including key customers and industry partners. Strategic Reporting & Insights: Provide regular market updates and competition analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for proactive business strategies. SOB & Market Share Growth: Continuously evaluate market share and propose action plans to enhance business presence and sales performance.
