Deputy Manager - Business Internal Control

Job Description

Close coordination / working with various Process and Control Owners at Technip Energies ensuring timely performance of the following duly ensuring compliance with Group Standards Policies Walkthroughs in different Processes Process understanding and documentation Properly identify possible risks Prepare / improve RCMs to mitigate various risks Identification of IT Dependencies Testing of Controls and proper documentation thereof Timely updation of above or other related documentation in GRC Software used in the Company Anticipate issues that may make meeting the deadlines challenging Agree on remediation Action Plan for any deficiencies identified, follow-up its implementation and conducting proper remediation testing Supporting IC Manager in various related activities / tasks This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a successful and highly motivated candidate to further evolve in the combined Group. You will quickly need to gain a clear understanding of the Business processes within Technip Energies, establish credibility and good working relationship with your line Manager and the wider organization. This is an individual contributor role Work is related to corporate office based in Europe About you: Candidate should be well versed in Process documentation, Walkthroughs/Design reviews, testing and SOX requirements. Candidate should have good communication, analytical, comprehension and people handling skills. Candidate should have thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task. Candidate should be ready to work Flexible working hours during peak business periods Candidate having experience in international context would be preferred Candidate with ITGC, SOX experience will be an added advantage
