Job Description Deputy Manager (Civil Infra) Real Estate Project, Binnypet, Bangalore Infrastructure Execution Oversee site execution of civil infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and landscaping. Project Coordination Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure all infrastructure works adhere to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines. BOQ & Cost Control Monitor budget adherence, validate contractor bills, and optimize cost efficiency in civil infra works. Site Supervision Track progress of infrastructure activities, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely completion. Material & Resource Management Oversee procurement, material reconciliation, and resource allocation for infra works. Contract & Documentation Maintain proper records of contracts, work orders, and project documentation. Technical Troubleshooting Identify and resolve technical issues related to civil infrastructure development. Compliance & Approvals Ensure infrastructure development complies with municipal and statutory requirements. Reporting & MIS Provide periodic progress updates, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation measures to management.
