Role & responsibilities The selected candidate will be an integral part of the internal audit department, responsible for establishing internal control system and procedures to audit all aspect of business operation and process records. This includes areas such as health insurance claims, audit excess payments, provider networking, and other operational practices, as well as finance, HR, IT, Establishment, Legal & Secretarial functions. The candidate will prepare audit reports as per the plan and schedule and collaborate with department heads (Auditees) to present findings and recommendations. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Indian Health Insurance Industry. Exposure in TPA functioning, and experience in the health insurance department of a non-life insurance company are essential. The candidate must have experience working in a highly computerized environment, expert in excel and power point along with strong writing and communication skills. TPA / Health Insurance /Audit Firm/ BFSI Any Graduate (Desired: Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline)
