Role & responsibilities Overseeing Learning & Development activities, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement Initiatives. Overseeing End to End Recruitment of White collar and blue-collar including Trainees. Ensuring the smooth Performance Management system. Analyzing and implement appropriate steps for the employee retention. Exposure to the statutory laws and Industrial relation is desirable. Preferred candidate profile Qualification : M.B.A(HR) & MSW Experience : 10 15 years (Preferably in manufacturing industry) work experience in managing factory HR & IR role preferably in Unionized environment.
