Role: Deputy Manager / Manager - HR Location : Durgapur Job Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and execute hiring plans. 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding 3. Implement employee engagement initiatives , ensuring high motivation and productivity 4. Conduct employee feedback surveys and develop action plans to improve satisfaction levels. 5. Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans , ensuring alignment with business objectives. 6. Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures 7. Maintain and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring trends, performance scores, etc.) for strategic decision-making. 8. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across departments. 9. Collaborate with department heads to define competency frameworks and career development plans 10.Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness (pre/post-assessment, employee feedback).
