Role & responsibilities: Inside Sales Account Manager for business development. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. Required to join our office. Immediate joiners only. Job Responsibilities Responsible for initiating business interest within target accounts, generate leads, create business opportunities. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. Enter and update customer information in the database Responsible for doing the market research of an organization. Responsible for the data profiling activity of an organization to identify the key contacts & decision makers. Ex. (CFO, CBO, Director and Decision Makers in Sustainability Verticals) Responsible for contacting the C-Level executives giving them the introduction of our company & creating interest in company offerings. Responsible for scheduling meetings with C-Level executives. Discover other requirements, upselling / cross selling. Daily reporting and update daily activities in CRM Regular follow up with the sales team & customer on ongoing opportunities. Secure contact details of key stake holders via Website, LinkedIn etc,. Qualify Leads from Marketing Events & Campaigns and pass on to the Sales team. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, candidate from EPR, sustainability and FMCG background will be preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex and unstructured cross-functional environments. Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Flexible for travelling.
