Key Focus: Responsible for Account Management and Business Development in assigned markets in East Africa, including Madagascar, DR Congo, Mauritius, Uganda, Rwanda, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned regions. Identify and generate leads through cold calling and convert them into new accounts. Coordinate with Factory, Clients, and SCM for smooth order execution. Share and analyze sales forecasts to optimize business strategy. Prepare and analyze Zonal MIS reports to track performance and market trends. Provide necessary support to the Zonal Head in strategic decision-making. Conduct competition analysis, monitor new products, and provide relevant insights for business improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Work in a matrix environment, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Open to international travel as required for business expansion and client meetings. Functional Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Business development expertise and ability to establish long-term partnerships. Experience in international marketing and account management. Ability to analyze market trends and competition effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data analysis. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in international marketing and business development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business in international markets. Experience in working across different cultural environments and handling cross-border trade.
