**Job Title: Store Officer Executive - Solar Project Execution** Key Responsibilities **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of all materials, equipment, and tools. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid project delays. Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy. **Procurement:** Source and purchase materials and equipment required for solar projects. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms. Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules. **Logistics and Coordination:** Coordinate the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites. Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss. Manage the distribution and allocation of resources to various project locations. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Prepare and submit regular inventory and procurement reports to management. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations. **Quality Control:** Inspect materials and equipment upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers promptly. **Project Support:** Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and timelines. Provide support in resolving any logistical or supply chain issues that arise during project execution. **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure all storage and handling practices comply with safety regulations and company policies. Implement and enforce safety protocols within the storage facilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries. Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with procurement processes and logistics management. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in storage and handling.
