The Legal Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing the legal department within the corporation. This role involves overseeing the legal team, coordinating with external legal counsel, and ensuring that the company's legal strategies align with its business objectives. The Legal Services Manager will handle complex legal issues, manage corporate compliance, and support various departments by providing expert legal advice and guidance. Bachelor of law or higher At least 5 years experiences in corporate and commercial with a legal consulting firm Possesses business awareness, leadership ability and knowledge of key legal and economic trends Service-minded and able to work independently Ability to multitask, strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong time management and project/case management skills Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills Fluent in English and excellent English writing skills Able to work under the pressure Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Female Perks and benefits
