The Therapy Area Expert will manage the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products under the guidance of the Therapy Area Head/Lead. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including medico-marketing, facilitating scientific meetings and CMEs, driving medical projects and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives, managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical writing and publications, evaluating new products, and providing training and medical information. This position requires travel across the country for 5 to 7 days. Key Responsibilities: Medico-Marketing (30%): Manage the life-cycle of pharmaceutical products as per guidance. Develop and implement medical plans. Review promotional inputs and support launch activities. Participate in conferences and conceptualize new campaigns. Address medical queries effectively. Scientific Meetings and CMEs (15%): Facilitate various scientific meetings including CMEs, round-table meetings (RTMs), advisory boards, symposia, and conferences. Support activities such as agenda preparation, faculty identification, and event facilitation. Medical Projects/Registry/RWE/Study (15%): Develop and drive medical projects and studies as per agreed outcomes and timelines. KOL Management (10%): Build and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, influencers, and scientific societies. Address their scientific needs and uphold the organizations image. Medical Writing and Publications (10%): Write scientific content, including presentations and manuscripts. Develop and implement a publication plan, facilitating journal submissions. New Product Evaluations (10%): Review and support new product evaluations. Monitor competitor activities and global developments related to new products. Medical Information and Training (10%): Keep stakeholders updated on recent developments in the therapy area. Conduct training sessions as needed in internal meetings. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for all activities mentioned. Skills Required: Expertise in the subject area. Agility in learning and adapting. Effective analysis and communication of new information. Understanding of commercialization processes. Strong writing skills. Competencies Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly adapt and respond to changes. Proactive and collaborative attitude. Innovative thinking and multitasking abilities. Educational Qualification: MD or PhD. Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a medical advisor in a pharmaceutical company, or currently holding a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
